2:00pm – Flexible Friday Movement Class
Join yoga instructor Audrey Cozzarin for a set of special movement classes aimed at improving flexibility, core strength, and balance. All exercises are very gentle and restorative for middle-aged and older adults. Bring a yoga mat and small pillow for sitting comfort, and wear loose, comfortable clothing. The class meets in the Parish Hall under the church. Suggested donation is $10 per class. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early as class starts promptly.
