"Flexible Fridays" Yoga and Stretch Class Loosen up with "Flexible Fridays" Yoga classes led by St. Paul's parishioner Audrey Cozzarin on Friday afternoons in March, 2:00-3:15 P.M. in the parish hall. For all ages and abilities, enjoy gentle stretches and exercises from different modalities for balance, strength, poise, and relaxation. Bring a yoga mat and small pillow. Classes are free of charge, but donations to St. Paul's are appreciated.
