10:00am – A Spooky Halloween

Dress your children up in their favorite costumes and bring them along to this fun (if spooky!) celebration of Halloween on the historic grounds of St. Paul’s on the Green. Participants will share their costumes with each other, enjoy special Halloween treats, experience our majestic organ and explore our centuries-old graveyard, learning about the people buried there as well as the Christian tradition of remembering those who have died before. This event serves not only as an exciting way to celebrate Halloween, but also as an introduction to the Christian holiday called All Saints Day, from which Halloween originated. Children of all ages are welcome, but the event is especially appropriate for children ages 3-12 accompanied by an adult.
